Shipping and delivery
On the cart page you can see the description of each item, the price and the information on dispatch and shipping. On this same page there is the possibility of creating a shipping estimate (this creates the actual shipping cost) to verify the total cost of the purchase before processing it.
Pulltex only ships through a courier service. To consult the shipping method, contact by email: firstname.lastname@example.org .
Deliveries are subject to the courier company.
After placing your order by credit, debit or paypal card, you will receive a confirmation email with its details.
Make sure that the email address of your order is correct and that the email has not entered the spam folder.

Delivery and shipping times
The expected dispatch from our warehouse for orders is 24/48 hours.
The items in your order will be dispatched as soon as they are available. The expected delivery date to your home after leaving the warehouse is 4 to 7 business days. All this at the expense of the country of delivery and is subject to the courier company.
Once your order is ready for shipment or has left our warehouse, we cannot make changes. If you have any questions, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org .
The follow-up of your order is at the expense of the courier company, please contact by email to email@example.com and if available follow-up service we will provide you with the data.
If the order is to be delivered to a company address, the delivery person will leave it at the reception or delivery point and request a signature from the receptionist or concierge. The person to whom the package is addressed does not have to sign.
If you have indicated a personal address that has a concierge, the delivery person will deliver it directly. The concierge can sign the acknowledgment of receipt as long as there is a porter at the reception or the building.
Shipping by courier service: if you are not at home when the order is delivered, the courier will leave you a delivery notice. Thus, you can contact them directly to arrange a new delivery date during business hours or to change the delivery address.
To report shipping problems, contact firstname.lastname@example.org , we will discuss what happened with the courier company and we will try to deliver the order as soon as possible.
Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged item, please email email@example.com .
In the event that the product has suffered any damage during its shipment, Pulltex will contact the courier company directly to resolve the problem as soon as possible and cause the least disturbance. We will do everything in our power to keep you informed and, if we consider it appropriate, send you a replacement order.

Wherever you are and where you want to send, you can buy Pulltex products for your family and friends on our website. From the "Cart" page of our website you can verify if your country is included by our courier delivery network in the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" section, right there you can verify the real cost of the shipment.
