Returns

You have the right to cancel an order or return a product. For this you must review our return and refund policy on the website.

Price

Pulltex reserves the right to change the prices of the products displayed in the Pulltex Store at any time and to correct inadvertent errors. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by Pulltex Store. In the event of an error in the price, we will notify you and give you the option to continue with the transaction at the correct price or to cancel the order free of charge.

Order, acknowledgment and acceptance of the order

To order Pulltex products, you can visit the website www.pulltex.com add products to the cart and pay (with the payment method you prefer). We can deliver the items to you or the person of your choice. Once you've confirmed it, we'll give you a web order number.

In most cases and within twenty-four hours we will process orders for products in stock. If a product is not in stock, it appears that way on the website itself.

From the moment you make the payment, all that remains is for the courier to deliver the products as soon as possible so that you can enjoy your purchase at the Pulltex Store.

Shipping and delivery

On the cart page you can see the description of each item, the price and the information on dispatch and shipping. On this same page there is the possibility of creating a shipping estimate (this creates the actual shipping cost) to verify the total cost of the purchase before processing it.

Pulltex only ships through a courier service. To consult the shipping method, contact by email: shop@pulltex.com .

Deliveries are subject to the courier company.

Pulltex two-year limited warranty

Pulltex offers a two-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship in Pulltex brand products. The conditions of this guarantee are included in the Pulltex product box. Pulltex's two-year limited warranty does not apply to non-branded products, even if they are packaged or sold together with Pulltex products. Third-party products may have a manufacturer's warranty. See the product box and labels for more information. This warranty does not include defects due to misuse or mishandling of Pulltex products.

Pulltex's two-year limited warranty is in addition to the rights granted by the Spanish Consumer Protection Law.

Export

This contract is subject to the export control laws of current legislation. You cannot export the products purchased at the Pulltex Store to another country if prohibited by export control laws.

Payment options

The Pulltex Store offers the following payment methods: credit card and PayPal.

If you pay by credit card, when you send the order the total amount will be blocked on the card. If we do not receive authorization from the card issuer.

If you pay by PayPal, the payment platform is responsible for the entire process and its operation (being subject to its service policy).
