Shipping and delivery
On the shopping cart page you can see the description of each item, the price and shipping information. On this same page there is the possibility of creating a shipping estimate (this creates the actual shipping cost) to verify the total cost of the purchase before processing it.
Pulltex only ships via courier service. To consult the delivery method, please contact us by email: email@example.com.
Deliveries are subject to the courier company.
After placing your order by credit card, debit card or paypal, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Make sure your order email address is correct and that the email has not entered the spam folder.

Shipping and shipping times
Our warehouse is expected to ship orders within 24/48 hours.
Items in your order will be shipped as soon as they are available. The expected delivery date to your home after leaving the warehouse is 4 to 7 working days. All this at the expense of country of delivery and is subject to the courier company.
Once your order is ready for shipment or has left our warehouse, we cannot make any changes. If you have any questions, please contact email@example.com.
The tracking of your order is at the expense of the courier company, please contact by email firstname.lastname@example.org and if it has a tracking service we will provide the data.
If the order is to be delivered to a company address, the delivery driver will leave it at the reception or point of delivery and request a signature from the receptionist or concierge. You do not need to sign the person to whom the package is addressed.
If you have indicated a personal address with a concierge, the delivery boy will deliver it directly to you. The custodian may sign the acknowledgement of receipt as long as there is a goalkeeper at the reception or building.
Delivery by courier service: if you are not at home when the order is delivered, the courier service will leave you with a delivery notification. You can then contact them directly to arrange a new delivery date during working hours or to change the delivery address.

Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event that the product has suffered any damage during shipping, Pulltex will contact the courier company directly to resolve the problem as soon as possible and cause you the least disruption. We will do everything in our power to keep you informed and, if we consider it appropriate, send you a replacement order.

Wherever you are and wherever you want to send, you can buy Pulltex products for your family and friends on our website. From the "Cart" page of our website you can check if your country is included by our delivery network in the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" section, there you can check the actual cost of shipping.
